Acceptable stay but with issues
unreliable wifi mosquito problem
The staff was generally friendly and helpful .
The WiFi was mostly UNRELIABLE, I could barely connect in my room. The food selection at the buffet was repetitive. Almost the SAME choices every day. MOSQUITOES were also a problem in my room despite using spray.

poor wifi old furnishings
The food was healthy and fresh.
The WiFi was quite poor. I couldn't get a signal in my room or even near the lobby. Also , the room was very old and tired, with visibly worn furnishings. The air conditioning in the lobby was not working properly and made being there unpleasant.

Mr. Eraky created a cute atmosphere with his phone call, ensuring all my remarks were addressed before my arrival. The staff at the restaurant were helpful. The active animation team provided amazing entertainment.
The breakfast hours were quite early for me, served only between 7 AM and 9 AM. I also found the breakfast options a bit limited.

The hotel features a very nice family pool with a lovely water park, providing fun for all ages. There is also a relaxing pool available with warm water, with a quieter space for adults. guests can enjoy a game of pool at the pool table.

excellent value spacious room friendly staff
I found the resort offered excellent value. The architecture is really attractive. The room was quite spacious! I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. They really went the extra mile. The food was AMAZING!!! I loved it.
